vintage 1930's silk nightdress
A vintage 1930's pale green silk nightdress with a label rom Bourne and Hollingsworth, London. Made of very fine silk with a scalloped collar piped in cream, the nightdress has a buttoned front and is embroidered with the inital E. the measurments are as follows bust 34" waist 28" hips 40" I would say it will fit anybody that is a UK 8 thru to 12. This is in vintage condition it has been re-sewn on some of the seams around the seam under the bust and would benefit from being re-done but there are no tears in the body of the silk. This is gorgeous, what a fabulous wedding gift!
